Last Thursday has been a very advantageous day and full of exciting events – not only a free seminar on a Healthy Indoor Climate was held, but also two workshops on productivity occurred.
On March 21st, the seventh practical workshop on the implementation of LEEN principles for productivity was held. This time, the quality of the product, the methods of reducing the defects and other relevant topics were discussed. The LEEN practical workshop was routinely conducted at the premises of VIA-S Houses, but the workshop was also attended by representatives of RARE Power and Kurzemes Mežsaimnieka.
The workshop “Project Management” organized by the Green-Tech Cluster took place for the first time. It took place at the premises of Liepaja paper. The main goal of this workshop is to master Project Management, to learn how to use specific tools to increase company efficiency and achieve high results. Liepājas papīrs, RARE Power and VIA-S Houses employees took part in the project management workshop.
