It is planned to organize a workshop and an exchange of experience event about Agile and Scrum software development method for Cluster ICT and other sector companies according to the Technical Specifications for the Work.

Once the service has been completed, the Service Provider will have to provide Cluster with appropriate evidence that the event has taken place.

The agreement is concluded between Cluster and a subcontractor. The service is paid after the work is completed. When the merchant has accepted the works, a PN is signed between Cluster and a subcontractor, and the subcontractor issues an invoice to Cluster. Advance payments are not foreseen unless the Parties agree otherwise.

The service is to be provided in November 2017, with the prior agreement of the Parties on the time of the event.
