German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (AHK) together with VFR Bavarian State Investment and Development Agency “Bayern International” from November 5 to 9, 2018 organizes an informative experience exchange trip to Bavaria on “Industrie 4.0 and Sensor Technologies”.
Representatives from all three Baltic States from manufacturing, IT, service providers, as well as media, associations, and representatives from other organizations are invited to participate.
The purpose of the trip is to familiarize with innovations and technology in the field of automation and sensor technology in the industrial and service sectors, as well as networking with experts from various sectors and businesses in Bavaria.
The trip includes a visit to the Bavarian Federal Ministry of Economics, Energy and Technology, viewing of innovative objects, company visits, product presentations, specialist lectures, and more.
The final version of the program will be developed taking into account the wishes of the participants.

Participation fee: 268,00 EUR plus VAT and flight costs to Munich and back
The Agency takes over the following costs in Germany:
- 4 overnight stays in a hotel, including breakfast
- 2 meals each day
- costs for all activities planned in the program
- trips
- travel insurance
- organizational work
- AHK employee who will accompany the group during the entire trip
The trip is organized by the Bavarian Federal Ministry of Economics, Energy, and Technology.

Based on the information provided in the questionnaire, the participants will be selected and a trip program will be drawn up. Previously submitted applications have a preference. The selected riders will receive confirmation by early September.
