Green and Smart Technology Cluster invite all interested parties to participate in Saldus Business School.
The goal of the school is to provide basic and practical skills in starting and running a business, as well as the opportunity to develop your innovative business ideas. Be ready to Meet with entrepreneurs, hear their success stories, including about developing company abroad. The training will cover topics such as company strategy and management, marketing strategy, start-up business management as well as define, evaluate and develop a business idea and a business plan. Mentoring sessions will also be provided.
Saldus Business School lasts four months, where 1 month is the selection of participants and 3 months is training. Also, we will provide consulting on business model development, product development, product promotion and first customer engagement.
After training, mentors will be available for consultations, as well as receiving an accounting, financial and other services.
